Shipping
When viewing your shopping cart, you will be shown the estimated weight-based charges
for a variety of shipping options for you to choose from during check-out. These charges will include a small handling fee to cover the costs of packaging
and transport. For USA shipments, there are 4 choices: USPS Priority (average 2-4 business days), USPS Parcel Post (average 7-10 business days), UPS Ground (average 1-5 business days) or Express (overnight to most locations, guaranteed 2 day). We recommend Priority service for most orders, or Parcel for economic savings on heavier shipments. APO/PPO, Puerto Rico, and PO Boxes MUST select USPS Priority Service. Express shipping is only available for "In Stock" items and orders must be placed online by 11:00 AM Pacific or by phone 12 pm Pacific to receive same day shipping; otherwise they will ship out on the next business day. Also, when selecting Express, please indicate during the order process if you would like the delivery signature requirement waived. If it is not waived, USPS will not deliver if there is no one to sign for the package. Priority, Parcel & Ground as well as International shipments ship typically in 1-3 business days, unless back-ordered or otherwise notified. If you are an international customer, during check-out you will select the region/country you are shipping to: Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, New Zealand/Australia/Japan, China/India. The charges are only estimates and may be adjusted to reflect actual costs once the order has been placed. This is especially true on orders over 10 lbs, as the shopping cart does not calculate the correct charges for those heavier orders and we typically do not ship such large orders internationally. You will be emailed prior to any adjustments to get your approval.We currently ship to only select countries in Africa, the Middle East and South America, so please email us at sales@toysintheattic.biz for inquiries on shipping to these countries. International orders are sent via US Airmail Letter or Parcel (depending upon weight), which typically takes 4-10 days. Once we ship via Airmail, we cannot track your package or make any damage/loss claims, so all sales are final once the product ships. There are no refunds or exchanges for international orders. If you would like to learn about other shipping options, please email us: UPS will also ship internationally (for twice the price) and we are able to track & make damage/loss claims, so you will have added security. There is also US Global Priority (3-5 days) if you would like your package faster. All International Orders are "as is" and are non-returnable/non-refundable. We mark customs documents accurately as "merchandise" You are responsible for any applicable duties/fees imposed by your country.
