Who is Toys In The Attic?
Toys In The Attic is an internet and mail order store founded in 2002.
Our warehouse and offices are located in Southern California. We specialize
in specialty games, stuffed animals, puzzles and collectibles from a variety
of well-known manufacturers as well as small, independent companies. Many
of the products we carry you will not be able to locate in your local
large retailer, such as Toys 'R Us or Wal-Mart, but only in small, specialty
toy, game and gift shops around the nation. Some of the manufacturers we
offer include, but are not limited to, ThinkFun, Masterpieces Puzzle Co.,
Winning Moves Games, Smirk & Dagger, Hasbro, Playroom Entertainment, etc.

Can I pay for my order with a check or money order?
Yes if your billing & shipping address are in the United States.

During the checkout process using our online shopping cart, you will be given a
variety of payment options. You may select Money Order or Check. After your order
is completed, you should receive 2 emails, the second of which will have information
on where to send payment, etc. Please print a copy of this email to send along with
your payment. From the time of your order, we will hold the stock for you for 14 days
until we receive your payment.  Money Orders are processed and shipped immediately.
Check orders will need to clear before shipment (approximately 5-10 days). There is a
$20 fee for all returned checks for Insufficient Funds.

NOTE: You can also use an eCheck or instant bank transfer with PayPal.

Do I have to sign up for PayPal to order from Toys In The Attic?
No. You do not have to open an account to order.
PayPal will still process the order, but at the end of the order, when
you are asked if you want to save your information and open an account,
you can select Return To Merchant instead and you will be returned
to the Toys In The Attic website instead.

What information does PayPal share with Toys In The Attic?
The only information Toys In The Attic is given is
your name, email address, the shipping name and address and the shopping
cart contents. If you entered a message, we will be given that as well,
but your credit card information, billing address and telephone number are
not provided to Toys In The Attic by PayPal, therefore increasing your security.

How soon will I get my package?
Typically, orders ship out within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise
stated on the item page under Availability. If we are unable to
fulfill the order within that standard period of time, we will email you
regarding the delay, back-order, etc. There are a variety of shipping
options for you to choose from during check-out. We recommend using USPS
Priority service (1-4 days). You may also choose USPS Parcel Post (7-10 days),
UPS Ground (5-7 days) or USPS Express (1-2 days). International orders
will be shipped via USPS Airmail (4-10 days)

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your online order at any time
during the ordering process by clicking the gray Cancel button
in the lower-right hand corner of the browser window. Once you have
completed the order, it cannot usually be cancelled unless you contact
us immediately as many times we ship within hours of receiving the order.
